Derek Kreifels is the President of the State Financial Officers Foundation (SFOF) and the Smart Women Smart Money (SWSM) conferences. Greg Hart serves as a County Board Member iDuPage County, Illinois - the second largest county in the state with nearly one million residents. He represents District 3, which includes 160,000 constituents living in 11 different municipalities.
Greg was appointed to the Board in 2017 by Chairman Dan Cronin and was subsequently elected to a full, four-year term in 2018. Even though 2018 was his first run for public office. Tamara Edwards, alum staff of the U.S. House of Representatives and current Principal of TE&Co., will lead a discussion on tactful tips and effective ways to enhance your profile and make your voices heard within your immediate communities and industries through simple, smart, and effective communications. Ellie Weed from LinkedIn will discuss utilizing LinkedIn to build out your network and Sarah Stefaniu from Google will highlight utilizing You Tube to get your message across.

Hilary Sawchuk will host a candid conversation with Denise Morrison, former CEO of Campbell Soup who focused on coaching women in mid-level to senior management positions on executive leadership during her tenure, on setting specific career goals and actualizing your passions to get you to your desired destination.
Be prepared to meet women from all walks of life who represent all regions of the United States and elsewhere who range from CEO’s, Founders, and Directors, to Mid-level managers — newly graduated college students— to stay at home moms and philanthropists.
